City Meeting Date

The application is now complete and the city meeting to discuss the Brookwood Tower is scheduled for Wednesday, July 15th at 6:30.  Please plan to attend!

Potential City Meeting Times

According to information found on this document (click to get to the link),  the Planning and Zoning Hearings Board Meetings are on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month at 6:30 at the Civic Center.  The document also lists the deadlines for when applications need to be deemed complete by in order for them to show up on the agenda of a meeting.

Correction

Although the previous paperwork we had received from the city says "The City of Hillsboro Planning Department recommends that meetings be held 20-30 days after notices are mailed."  As of September 3, 2014, the code says "requires that neighborhood meetings shall have notices mailed to surrounding neighbors between 7 and 30 days prior to the neighborhood meeting."
